Suturing & Knot Tying - Summative.V1

Summative performance assessment of suturing and knot tying skills. Assessment covers broad application of sutures, stitches, and knots. Procedural specific techniques are not covered in this assessment. Instrument is comprised of a variety of scales designed to provide accurate and descriptive feedback to the performer about their overall suturing and knot tying abilities. Instrument may be used for any suturing and knot tying requirement. Construct Validity p<.001; Test-retest Reliability: >.90. Scale scores are based on accepted performance standards for each item.
