US Guided PICC Placement - Summative Short Form.V1

Short form summative performance assessment of ultrasound guided peripherally inserted central catheter, assesses implementation of US to visualize, access, and place catheter in a targeted vein.  Assessments items are scored with a variety of scales, depending on the tasks and decision making attributes associated with the procedure. Scale indicators include: Significantly below performance standard, Below performance standard, Meets performance standard, Above performance standard, Significantly above performance standards. The instrument includes a weighted scale for measuring the case difficulty level.
