This summative assessment instrument will assess the team performance during the management of normal labor and delivery. Construct Validity p<.001; Test-retest Reliability: >.90. Scale scores are based on accepted performance standards for each item.

 Construct Validity p<.001; Test-retest Reliability: >.90. Scale Indicators include: N/A, Not Done, Poor, Marginal, Acceptable, Good, Very Good.
The instrument also includes a weighted scale for measuring the case difficulty level.
