Summative performance assessment for external implementation of Defibrillation. 

Assessments items are scored with a variety of scales, depending on the tasks and decision making attributes associated with the procedure. Construct Validity p<.001; Test-retest Reliability: >.90. Scale scores are based on accepted performance standards for each item.
The instrument also includes a weighted scale for measuring the case difficulty level.
